When you post content ("UGC") across our communication infrastructure, you confirm compliance with applicable state laws. You grant the Company an unconditional, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide license to adjust, distribute, display, and replicate your submissions across all media layouts.
Gaming policy
Users agree not to exploit software bugs, execute automated scraping scripts, promote illicit materials, engage in payment fraud, or trade account access values outside approved mechanisms. System abuses should be flagged to info@ccsoftdev.ee.
Health Warning
We value user health and recommend playing in a well-lit environment, taking 15-minute breaks every hour, and halting usage if dizziness, muscle twitches, vision changes, or convulsions occur.
Disclaimers and Liability Limits
Our applications and technical info modules are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company explicitly disclaims all warranties of performance, safety, or constant availability. These Terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and unresolved conflicts shall be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia.
